Refund policy

Kindly note that all Golden Bird's Nest's ("GBN", "we", "us", "our") products must pass strict quality assurance. We ensure that Golden Bird's Nests' products are in perfect condition when they are dispatched.

Following the above, it is a Golden Bird's Nest's policy that all products ordered through our website www.goldenbirdnest.com.au including any other GBN's platforms are the responsibility of the customer ("you", "buyer", "recipient", "purchaser"). Due to Golden Bird's Nest's company policies, and in line with our own quality assurance requirements, there will not be any refund of products purchased.

Products can be returned or exchanged, only in circumstances or events where incorrect product is shipped. In the unlikely event of these circumstances, products must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Otherwise due to the health and hygiene risks from tampering, all products are considered to be sold on a “No Return Basis”.

Due to the intricate nature of bottled bird's nest, risks of breakage and/or powdering of the product may occur due to mishandling in transportation process by shipping companies.

No refund or exchange will be given for:

  • Change of mind;
  • Products that have been opened or tampered with or are not in a resealable condition;
  • Incorrect orders made by the customer; and
  • Minor damage, breakdown or powdering of product due to mishandling in shipment.

In the event where a parcel is returned to us, customer is not entitled to a refund. Should this happen, the freight charges (and any other charges that may be involved) to send the item again will be borne by the customer. 

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Golden Bird's Nest will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
  2. Customers will be responsible for the shipping return and handling charge.
  3. Information of your order, including order number and original invoice, is required when contacting us for any issues with the order.
  4. In the unfortunate event that the shipment is lost in transit, Golden Bird's Nest will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Registered Post.
  5. We ask that you allow minimum of 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package for your account to be credited.

Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once completed.
