Shipping policy

For local Australian orders:

  • Sent via Australia Post, or other courier services at our discretion;
  • Shipped between Monday to Friday, except for public holidays;
  • Deliveries may be made in person by Golden Bird's Nest if our management decides to do so.

 

Any order placed with us provide the authority for us, and the couriers authority to leave if unattended. Golden Bird's Nest, including the couriers associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from "Authority To Leave" as a delivery method. This is not a registered service and no signature is required upon delivery, unless otherwise specified.

Kindly look out for emails that you may receive from Australia Post and other couriers regarding information of your shipment, including tracking details, as well as other details or instructions during delivery.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders throughout Australia for standard shipping.

SHIPPING TIMES

Please allow up to 3–10 business days for delivery within Australia.

Note: During high volume seasons (e.g. Black Friday / Cyber Monday / Boxing Day), delivery times may be a bit longer than the above.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

In the event that you have input the wrong shipping address in your order and the product is returned to us on failed delivery, the delivery cost (and any other cost that may be involved) shall be borne by you.

In circumstances where the product is received by another person not intended to receive the item as a result of the incorrect shipping address, no refund will be offered or authorised.

Similarly, if the product is lost in transit, no refund will be offered or authorised.
